Since graduating, Manon has worked in the public/private school, daycare, private practice clinic, and telehealth settings. She specializes in working with children aged birth-6 with Autism Spectrum and related disorders, using her knowledge and practice of Naturalistic Language Acquisition (NLA), as well as a variety of low and high tech Augmentative and Alternative Communication methods (AAC).

Additionally, she has received advanced clinical training in the assessment and treatment of Childhood Apraxia of Speech, utilizing the Dynamic Temporal Tactile Cueing (DTTC) approach. 

Manon is passionate about providing neuro-affirming speech-language therapy and plans to further her clinical expertise in the areas of Natural Language Acquisition and Gestalt Language Processing, to better service the growing neurodivergent pediatric population.
